Downloading new content

I have two items stuck in the content store and I am unable to download them via Install.RLD - I have no other option. I get a nice notice that basically begins:

RLDownloaderR2.exe –Bad image
and ends: error message 0xc0000020

I know what the problem is – I just can't fix it! Due to lack of space on drive C I have installed Reallusion to drive D. but the content is trying todownload to:

C:\ Program Files (x86)\CommonFiles\Reallusion\Downloader\Bin

On the D drive I have no 'Program files (x86)' nor, inside Reallusion on D: do I have a 'Downloader' folder. Can this be sorted in some way so I don't have to do a re-install? And if I have to do a reinstall how do I split the paths? The programes and content HAVE to be on D:but I guess the installer has to be on C: and I will have to change the input to file path once prompted.

I have had this and other problems to fix you need to delete the download folder in the location you have indicated and reinstall the downloader.

Thanks - you mean reinstall to drive C? Or it is possible to get it to work on D? And what am I reinstalling - everything? CC, iC6 and 7?

You just need to install the downloader it will install to the same location as indicated c drive nothing else I'll try to find the link to download from.
