When I attempt to export a character from CC2 as FBX the options give me a popup that says I need to install 3d exchange or purchase it. I have 3dxchange installed as a full legal version v 7.01. I was following the reallusion tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E7f__LNUviw but I only get this as a dialog box.
Any solutions would be very helpful

There are 2 versions of 3DXchange. Pro imports only, and Pipeline exports as well. Which version do you have?
