Why cant we get a easier way to import clothes?

I feel its so timeconsuming to import clothes and other custom objects to Character Creator now. It have a FBX import option, but when I try to use it I just get cant load file.
So why cant we get a pure and simple FBX import method for clothes and custom objects to Character Creator?

I do agree and feel that some of the import restrictions hamper Character Creator's viability. I want to be a content creator for Reallusion, but I can't get past the first step any longer. I used to be able to, but something has changed.
