Hi Folks,
I messed up epically and bought the standard edition and realised I couldn't cut or edit multiple times with different animations.. So pissed off with myself I didn't touch it for almost a month. $50 down the drain as I have now bought the Pro version (Tbf with a $10 off upgrade discount but still -_-;;; )
My question is, as I am brainstorming here.. I haven't even installed the pro version as I am at work BUT, I would very much like to walk my character into shot (With footsteps) and then have him start talking to you after turning to face you with a sort of round about turn or a sort of thoughtful turn; seamlessly.
Am I asking for something too advanced from this package? I really hope not.
If it's possible could somebody point me in the direction of a tutorial?

Yes it's possible what you want to do. as far as tutorials, Warlord, Reallusion on Youtube. other then that just do a search on Iclone because if your new to the software you will need to do a lot of just "getting familiar" with the software. Because in fact there're may ways to do what you want. Path, motion clip, puppet motion... and seamless usually requires a degree of animation skills. As many things will get you close to what you want. But you have to tweak to get it to your desired of "seamless" So just get your feet wet first and get use to Iclone in a nut shell...

Sorry, I always forget to look to see what software someone is posting about. ( I just look at latest) and it sounded like you were talking about Iclone not crazytalk. I have it but use it mainly for creating RL heads, But yes either Iclone or Crazy Talk animator to be able to do a full animations. CrazyTalk is mainly for upper torso work. Now you might be able to turn the upper body around ( if your working in 3D) and do a little camera work but someone with actual Crazy talk expertise will have to answer that...

Yeah I would love to know how to change the angle of view on my subject. That's a shame, I bought Pro not Pipeline so won't be able to work with those other softwares for awhile I fear... I've literally repeatedly bought the wronf software versions ;_;

I can relate when I bought my motion capture rig I end up paying for an extra copy of Iclone i didn't need.

If you had bought the wrong version you should have contacted sales.
They would have credited you for an upgrade to a higher level version.
If it hasn't been that long talk to them and see what they can do.
