That can have many reason, but 
nobody can help without more informations abbout  your computer specification

Try deleting Windows temp files in case iclone is trying to load a Project that crashed

I got this too, but since I have Microsoft Visual Studios, I ran a debug and as soon as it started it popped up with these error messages:https://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/e443f4ba-f70f-4e1b-983b-c1e5.png
and when I pressed continue I got (almost) the same again:

The same thing happened over and over again so I gave up.

Sorry to hear you are both having problems with iClone 7.

Please can you send your full dxdiag.txt to Technical Support using the link below. This will allows us to check for any problems that may be causing these issues.

a) Type "dxdiag.exe" in the Search box and click "dxdiag.exe run command" from the search list.
b) It will then check your system for a while, after finishing, click "save all information"
c) Save "DxDiag.txt". and send this to us as an attachment.

because you have  AMD Radeon(TM) R5 M430 and Nvidia GTx1060

@jrhodesd: You really need a separate NVidia or AMD GPU, not just a chipset.

Judging from a benchmark, what you have is not very powerful: https://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Radeon+R5+M430.
