I only have access to my lowspec laptop as the thunder killed my rog laptop. I am somewhat able to use CC2.
But when I export a clothed character (Jade) it allways crashes at %72. I know it could be that I use a lowspec laptop:
A random Acer with 5GB ram, AMD HD6000 and a AMD 1.60ghz. Yes I know, its very lowspec.

So Im wondering Whats happening during 72% in export to fbx process?

Not sure about fbx export, but it seems it is crashing due to memory, open the task manager to monitor memory usage and export your character, if you start to run out of memory you are reaching the zone where software becomes unstable, in the regular iavatar export process memory goes up when it is baking the textures, maybe this is what happens at 72% in the fbx export. Try exporting it (if possible, i don't use fbx) with lower texture resolution and see if it still crashes. Also raise the amount of virtual memory, don't let windows manage it.

It's bottle-necking. Upgrade you memory.
