.spx files

I've been looking for the VMSSPX.spx file and according to everything I've read, it should have been in a folder called Avatar Setting. Everywhere I've looked on my computer doesn't have this folder let alone the files.

Was is supposed to be installed when I did the initial install, or do you have to download and install it separately?

Running iClone 4 Pro.

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Reallusion\Template\iClone 4 Template\iClone Template\Avatar Setting
There are two .spx files in the folder.

The two .SPX files are installed with iClone4. They will be in the Avatar Setting folder but the location on your hard disk will depend on where you chose to place the iClone Template folder. This is no longer in the C:\Program Files if you have updated to iClone 4.1.

I have looked in every folder I can find that has to do with Reallusion and iClone. No folder called avatar setting and no .spx files.

It may be worth uninstalling iClone and doing a fresh install. The Avatar Setting folder should then be created in the location you choose for your iClone Template folder.

Then when you click the Import Setting button for Spring in iClone4, the Avatar Setting folder should open automatically. The .SPX files can be added easily then.
