AMD graphics card for IClone 7 solution?

I've purchased and installed IClone 7 and it opens and functions properly. Except every time I open it a message appears stating that my AMD video graphics card of 6000 is not supported for the global illumination feature. I was afraid of something like this from my computer. And as the global illumination feature may be very vital to my best quality movies I was hoping anyone on might know of a way of remedying the problem with not having a high enough video card without me actually needing to buy a new computer.

Well, assuming you aren't running on a laptop, you just go out and buy another graphics card.  They aren't expensive -- even a very good one can be gotten for less than a few hundred.  (I bought top of the line for less than $500 but you don't need that expensive of a card).

If you're running a laptop then you are out of luck -- I actually returned a laptop I bought because of this (and went with a more $$ one that had an Nvidia 1060 card in it).

I run a laptop that is an Alienware Windows 7 made in 2010. If this does mean I need a new laptop then I will get one as soon as possible.

A 7 year old computer is a very old computer indeed (in human years, it's older than I am :>).

I could revive a PC by just replacing the graphics card, but most laptops won't let you do that. As for the card, NVidia is preferred because of GI, for which you also need plenty of VRAM. The GTX 1060 has 6GB which is a good start; otherwise a GTX 1070 with 8 GB would be great if it's in your budget.

$500?! I bought mine for around $250 and it is a NIVIDIA GTX 1050 TI OC...not completely top of the line but listed in the top category on the iClone 7 Graphical Chart. Works like a charm.

LOL -- yeah, my laptop has a better graphic card than the 1050.  But it's adequate.

The 1080 (and the ti version) are the tops and $$$ for a good reason.  You get what you pay for.
