Avatar controller , Tonmaker and Iclone 7 bug

I created a character with Toonmaker 1 in Iclone 7.

1-I can't open the character in Iclone 6 (this is not too bad my goal is to stick to Iclone 7...)
2-The avatar controller (version 6) creates all kinds of screen flickering while trying to animate the whole face and is unusable. This is true with many characters, not only the one I just created.  Is there any avatar controller v7 for Iclone 7?

Is it possible for someone to confirm this bug so I can forward it to Reallusion?

Thank you in advance.

Hi...

We will look into this but you can tell us if the issue affects the default Toon Maker 1 characters or only characters that have been customised. Also could you post a screenshot showing the issue. It is much easier to determine the problem when you can see exactly what is happening. Thanks.

Hi Peter,

I am not in front of my computer now but I did more test today and this is also true with ToonMaker 2 and the Monster Workshop. Those same characters works well in Iclone 6. I can send a picture but a video would be easier to troubleshoot. I will send a few screenshot to show the problem tomorrow. In the meantime I open a support ticket with Reallusion.    :)

Thank you.

Here are some screenshots. The first screenshot is before I start moving the puppet controller, than the screen flickering starts while I move the puppet stick around. The problem is only with the full facial expression selection, not with eyes only, ears only etc...
I also sent those files thru the support ticket but I guess it doesn't hurt to try the forum too.   ;)

Thanks for supplying your screenshots. Unfortunately I'm not encountering those issues with a similar spec computer so It is puzzling.

Do you have your graphics drivers up to date? It would be worth checking for newer drivers as this could be the problem.

I have the driver  version 22.21.13.8253

We have now been able to identify the problem and plan to fix it as soon as possible via an update.

As soon as I have more information about when this will be I will update again to let you know.

Hi Peter,

Any news about that?   I think reallusion should make this a priority.  It's been already more than a month and no update has been release yet to solve this issue.  Reallusion also closed the ticket I opened more than a month ago about this problem.   This is causing many delays in our production workflow. I really hope Reallusion understand and release an update quickly.

Thank you for listening.
