Hi , iclone 7 wont install . After i enter the serial it said verifying serial through the internet of something like that and then it just said that it cannot verify please check that your internet connection is working . It then said to disable firewall and then try and it still came up with the same message . Please help

Did a windows 10 reset keeping files . Works now . BUT now trying to install chatacter creator 2.1 and asking for serial . but there is no serial available . HMMN , any help on that one ?

You should have received a serial number for Character Creator in the email confirming your purchase. You can also heve the serial number resent to you by clicking on the link beside CC in your user account.

N/A in the serial no box ? , no option to resend

premium plus member , downloaded cc 2.1 from there but there is no serial number in the box , just installed iclone 7

If the serial number does not show in your account, and you have not been provided with one in a Purchase Confirmation mail, then you should contact Reallusion Support directly.

Hi Gerry,
Just to let you know because so many users reported not receiving the resent serial numbers, we have now implemented an option to display the serial number onscreen. It works the same way in that you click Resend but it will display onscreen as well.
