Everything is messed up as I am logged into this forum, I can log into the trial of iClone 7, but I can't log in to my account? both https://www.reallusion.com/ and https://www.reallusion.com/member/#/en/login;rurl= Don't work. I've tried forgot password many times, it changes for the other logins but still cannot connect to my account. If you click on need help, it says login to get help.
What is the email for reallsion support for those who are in the situation when they can't login?

If you can login to the forum then you should be able to login to your member account. Have you tried using a different browser as it may just be a browser issue. Also what is the error you receive? Does it say your password is incorrect?

It's a problem with changing your email on your account I've been having troubles ever since. I get "error wrong password" then try another password until get the right one and I get just "error logging in, please try again.
