Dear Early Access users,
We have found that problems can occur if you try to use the full versions of iClone 7 or 3DXchange 7 without first uninstalling the Early Access versions.
So please follow the steps below to resolve any problems:
1. Uninstall all Early Access / Beta / Pre-release versions first ( iClone and 3DXchange ) 2. Install the full version of iClone 7 3. Install the full version of 3DXchange 7

I apologize for the dumbest question of the day... "Early Access" and "Full Version" of iClone 7... Same license key?
This has already been mentioned 37 times, I'm sure, but since I can no longer read the forums during the day (without significant irritation), I've been falling way behind and have lost track of many details. (I keep hoping to catch up, but it keeps on not happening to my satisfaction.)

It's not dumb -- I had the same confusion myself a while back.
Two different keys -- go to your Registration page and you'll find the release version license there (separate from the pre-release and beta).

I'm using my Beta key and it works. It's also the key listed with iClone 7; I don't have any other key.

I couldn't find an uninstaller for iClone 7 prerelease but iClone 7 full version installed ok although I havent had the chance to test it yet.

I'm looking at my account and there's a download for iClone 7 early access with a registration date of 12-29-16 and further down the list is just iClone 7, also with a registration date of 12-29-16. I'm assuming the plain iClone 7 is the one to download and install. Same for 3DXChange 7?

Correct, and don't forget to download and install the Resource Pack and the latest Character Creator version. You will also have to use the serial numbers for the full versions of iClone and 3DXchange as the EA ones won't work.

If you pre-ordered then you should see the full release version of 3DXchange 7 in your Member Account. However if your copy of iClone 7 + 3DXchange 7 came via the Beta test then it won't automatically appear. I will need to check with the Beta team what is happening regarding this. I will update again as soon as I find out what's happening.

To avoid running into problems you should really have uninstalled the pre-release versions of both iClone 7 + 3DXchange 7 first. If you do run into problems you may need to uninstall everything and start again sadly.

I certainly am interested and was just going to ask if there was any news. I'm leaving in a week taking my system with me and my internet may not be as good to download large files.

Are you saying that you pre-ordered and paid for a copy of 3DXchangePro/Pipeline but can't download the software, or has this something to do with some deal made between RL and a few Beta testers? I as because the only time that we got to test 3DXchange 7 was about 4 weeks ago, and it was stated then that access would only be available during the EA test phase. After that testers would only be able to use the version of 3DXchange that they had purchased.
Maybe I missed something along the long testing way, but I can't find any information relating to 3DXchange in any of the Beta mails that I received.

I bought "G6 adventure girl" (Marketplace) on August 14, 2015 Works very well with iclone 6. I have copied the characters and accesories from iClone 6 to iClone 7, but when I try to use these characters in iClone 7 I get the message "Failed to load the file. Out of memory". Is it compatible with iClone 7 ? I wanted to download the pack again from the MarketPlace, but my inventory does not go beyond 2016, so impossible to download it.

You can adjust the time period to show all of your purchases by entering an early date in the box beside "Purchased between". Just click in the date field and set a new date using the drop-down calendar.

I managed to download "g6 Adventure girl" from MarketPlace thanks to Wires. Unfortunately I still have the same problem, as soon as I try to use a character of this pack, I still have the message "Failed to load the file. Out of memory" This pack is unusable with iclone 7.
Can anyone confirm?

I have reinstalled the official versions of iClone 7, and Character Creator 2, but have not official version of 3DXchange listed in my official install list. CC works fine, iClone 7 continues to give me a message that reads: "[CSpeedTreeTransformationSection dll] Invalid DLL file." The program shuts down and will not open. Am I to understand that iClone 7 will not work without 3Dxchange? If so, why wasn't I advised of this before I purchased the EA, I wouldn't have purchased ANY of it.

3DXchange is not a requirement for using iClone, you only need it if you wish to import assets from other software such as Blender, SketchUp, Maya etc.into iClone, or if you wish to export assets from iClone for use in other software such as Unity for games.
Regarding the error message that you are getting, I would suggest that you contact Reallusion Support using the form found here.

iClone does not require 3DXchange to run, other than for enabling certain export features
Did you order iClone EA without 3DXchange?

Okay, I've uninstalled the early and beta versions of ic7, then installed the full version plus resource. I've tried opening ic7, but now I keep getting this message"[ICSpeedTreeTransformSection.dll] Invalid DLL file" message and then the program closes. What is wrong???
