Exporting Characters with Animated Accessories Attatched NOT WORKING IN UNREAL

Hey there I have followed this tutorial here " https://www.reallusion.com/iclone/help/3DXchange5/Pipeline/09_MotionPlus/Exporting_Characters_with_Animated_Accessories.htm

as I have some animated accessories that are attached to my character, however when I go to export/import the animation into unreal the animated accessories aren't animated at all.  


and I cant find out what I'm doing wrong?  the animated accessories work fine in iclone and 3dexchange for export but in unreal they just do not animate at all.
