Animate Norman Collins' Art
Sailor Jerry wants to commission an animator to create ten 15-30 second videos bringing to life the meaning of 10 of Norman "Sailor Jerry" Collins' most famous Flash art tattoos.
Currently, the artwork is explained in static format via the original image and copy. It could be so much more interesting! The finished videos will be featured on Sailor Jerry's website, Instagram and Facebook pages.
