I've spent quite a while getting a character to be sitting in just the right pose and I want to use that exact same character in that exact same pose in another project. Whilst it's easy enough to add the character to the library (right click -> add to library) I can't see any easy way to save off custom poses or motion in iClone 4.
Maybe I'm just not looking properly - I'm REALLY hoping this is possible, since it took absolutely ages to put the pose together and make it look natural.

Just make sure you have animation/motion selected at top and then click on the Plus + sign and this will add your pose/motion to your motion custom folder. Hope this helps

Aha... easy when you know how. Since there is a right click menu for the props and other assets, I was looking for something there.
