Crazytalk 8 Crashing!

I am having so many issues with crazytalk 8 on mac, pretty disappointed so far for what I paid.

I am version 8.03, from what I've read there are later versions but I can't update because I brought it through the apple store :/
Problems I have include crashing when importing audio, black screens when editing mouths/teeth (these features then have no boxs on a saved project when I reopen, teeth for exaple say they are corrupted) and face orientation is just blank. And these are just the ones I can think of.

Any help would be amazing!

I've just recently had CT8 crash at start up 4 times now and even after uninstalling and reinstalling it still crashes at start up.  I've not had any trouble with CT8 before yesterday, now it won't start at all and I need to finish a project for the fourth, anyone else having CT8 crash at start up?

I sent a support ticket but really need to figure this out before the fourth so I can complete a project for my grandson's birthday, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Have you checked event viewer? The section windows log/applications may have some useful info.
On win10 click on the start button and start typing event then select event viewer then open windows logs on the left then select applications.
Serch in the list for ct8

Hi Snarp... Today we have released a new CrazyTalk 8.11 update. Please try installing this and see if it makes a difference.
