I am unable to find the Early access download and yet I pre-ordered

Unfortunately iClone 7 Early Access is only available to the first 1,000 customers who pre-ordered before the end of December 2016. Sadly as you pre-ordered at the end of January 2017 you don't qualify for Early Access I'm afraid. I'm sorry I can't bring you better news.
