Man I can't believe these New Characters, they're great. Never thought I'd see the day when iClone characters started looking better than DAZ Characters.

I haven't worked with it extensively but I'm designing a game in Unreal Engine 4 and the new export feature you guys made is awesome. Heres a video rundown on taking a character from 2.0 to Unreal. Hope it helps others with getting their creations in quickly. Some the iClone info may be inaccurate, I've only started using it about 2-3 weeks ago.

That's some nice work guys.
A summary vid of my beta characters. Really like the idea of how things are interchangeable. CC2 was very stable and almost error free for me. The pipeline included zBrush (sculpting), Studio Max (rigging) and Substance Painter.

rogyrue (3/24/2017) Imported a sci fi outfit from daz to CC2 and made these 3 chars Looks cool! Hm, i know how to import a DAZ Figure to iClone BUT how did you import this outfit (and other clothing) to CC2?? So you can use it on any CC-Character? Would be cool to know how... :w00t:

Thanks
I use 3Dmax to skin the models to the iclone rig and import them back in to CC2. Its not to complicated once you learn the process. Just takes a bit patience and lots of tweaking with the mesh editing in CC2. I am still learning but managed to import quite a few items in to CC2 so far .

Mate, for transferring cloth from Daz to CC, you can use blender, which is free!
All 3d programs need a learning curve, but it is so rewarding to have full access to every piece of clothing from Daz!!!

Ahh, I almost forgot that I also own the Realistic Human 100 Pack and gave it a try in CC2. I must admit that I'm excited about the visual quality. My Dwarf Morph looks quite nice with it's "new" texture:D.

CC2 is great. Using 3dcoat to create a suit and Blender to attach it to the base mesh. Imported in textures for one version and used a substance material for the other. Made the body invisible so I can get a cyborg style. Still a bit to do.

Hey everyone here are more experiments, I may actually Develop Visitor into a short series but I want to do it as a live action with cgi composites. The composite is only 10 seconds it was shot on a black magic and Edited in After effects. Iclone 7 has really opened doors to bigger and better creations.

wires (10/23/2017) Nice work Job. Can you explain how you rendered it directly out of CC? Thanks, Gerry.
Well, "render" may not be the right term, but I selected the Preview workspace (Ctrl-6) and took a screen capture. Then I cropped to the image proper. I think the quality would be similar to doing a Preview render out of iClone. The only thing missing is a ground shadow.

Good to see some one else posting - What a bunch of cool morphs. Anyway - I created a rock star in CC2 and came here to encourage the developers to build a PBR set with action and stunt guitar movements ! I found a couple of motions at Maximo but a stunt package would be cool with traditional rock guitar motions and etc....... I ran the clips in frame mode before I rendered them but it still missed some of the calculations. I need to pay more attention. These tired old eyes - ugh - I spent yesterday fixing the guitar break and etc and then I deleted the file I fixed and uploaded this one - lol - Geeezzz - Anyway - I'll just leave it - The request is for some better guitar motions - sorry about the stupidity. ugh !

@Job, Asian girl! I'd like to know your image references! :D
@Postfrosch, the first character was created by CT8? Users mostly use CT8 to create a photorealistic head. That's cool!

Miranda (RL) (7/3/2018) @Job, Asian girl! I'd like to know your image references! :D Miranda, I'm a bit late in responding, but I'm glad that you like the head and that she looks convincingly Asian...:)
The head was initially created in FaceGen. This program has a number of built-in face textures for males and females, which I used for this head, or you can use a photo. After you generate a default head, you can adjust many parameters, such as ethnicity, age, and any number of morphs for parts of the face. I then took a screen capture of the result to use as source image in CT8 to create the 3D head.
The source image wasn't actually very good, but you can do a lot in CC with the appearance editor. I also that some further refinement in 3DPaint 3DCoat.
EDIT: Correction: I meant 3DCoat, not 3DPaint...
