Dear Reallusion: When I logged in today I saw that there was a slight change in the organization of the registration, order history and account page. I really like the new format. It's easier to read and easier to navigate. I especially like the larger print (I'm old). You folks are awesome! Thank you.

I am logged in to reallusion. when I go to reallusion.com and click to "My Account" link it goes to an empty page: https://reallusion.com/member/#/ It used to go to my bought products page. I use the latest chrome browser. Edit: It works on edge browser and it goes to my order hystory page.

Thank you for the feedback. The "My Account" link on the front page should point to the link below.

Is anyone else having problems accessing their member account using this link?

Yes, I can't access my account from the RL main page by clicking "My Account" using FireFox. The link address is https://reallusion.com/member/#/ which doesn't work but if you put the www. in it does (https://www.reallusion.com/member/#/). It does work for me in IE and uses the correct link address.
So, it looks like there is a whole new set of web pages for accounts now. The only problem I see is that for the item being downloaded there is no release date/version info so you don't know what version I am downloading. Also, what happened to the patch update download?

Peter, I can access my account OK, but the problem I'm having is that for my RL software only the latest full release can be downloaded and not the latest patch.

Same for me in Firefox - works okay in Microsoft Edge.

I'm going to bump this because the absence of access to patches is really affecting some users.

The patches don't show in the version 6 product lists, but they are available for download for version 4 & 5 products.:alien:

Hi Animagic,
I have checked this issue and sadly the patches will no longer be in Member Accounts. This is an intentional change (why I don't know) but there is an FAQ link under "Patch/Bonus" that explains how to update your software. For reference the FAQ page is below.

Thank you all for the feedback about the link issues in Chrome/Firefox. We will try and get this fixed asap.
I will also pass on the other feedback about missing features. Hopefully we can get some improvements to the new pages soon.
