HI Friends,
I wanted to buy this pack: 
Order total (Including shipping):$1,968.00.
My Card is DEBIT CARD and it has a payment limit of $1,500 per day. (loaded 2K especially for this transaction.)
Contacted Noitom and asked for two installments within 25 hours. They said it was impossible.
All their sales are through PayPal only, what's so hard to send me a demand for payment?
I corresponded with Noitom back and forth, and with PayPal, and the card issuer.
Meanwhile, the price jumped $300.
At this moment, I have no more desire for this product, and my money is stuck in the card.
The saga is not over yet. I'll keep you posted.

Spoke on the phone with PayPal with two separate support members.

One brutally apologized and said nothing could be done.

The second suggested sending payments to a friend (with a PayPal account), then buy the product from there.

Okay, got a new credit card, and everything is set.

Now I asked Noitom for the old price, considering that I started the purchasing process some time before the price jump.

I've got the good old cold shoulder: Thanks for reaching Support - but NO! we can not help you :)

Now, I have one last contact to make, with Reallusion...

I don't want to sound like a crybaby, but it's not about money.
This is about customer service, and minimal respect for a customer who wants to buy and use your products.
