Popvideo 3 Fail to render audio

I am having an issue with popvideo 3.01. It will not render the audio portion of the video. The video was exported from CTA 3 and the audio plays fine in Ppovideo preview but it does not render in any of the 3 formats and I have the mute audio unchecked.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried exporting from CTA3 using a different video format (avi, wmv etc.). If so does it still lose audio on convert to popVideo format?

I tried exporting in all formats. I tried the alpha with and without sound as well as all the available formats twice with the export sound checked and unchecked.

Did you get this resolved?  I've just encountered the same.  The popvideo file renders properly in iClone 6 but renders mute in iClone 7
