G6 Essential Cloth & Fabric is missing in ICLONE Character Creator

Hi,
 i bought iclone 6 studio pipeline suite , i have installed iclone, character studio and the g6 essential cloth & fabric,but i am not able to see  the fabrics either in my iclone or in character studio (screenshots attached) that are mentioned in the website or in the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SEYVil4tQmg&feature=youtu.be Could you please let me know why ? And when i try to install the g6 essential morph & skin it is not installing,  it throws me a error saying "failed to initialize content" (screenshots attached) Could you please let me know why was this happening ?

If you have g6 essential cloth & fabric installed, then

TO the installation error:
I would download g6 essential morph & skin again from your user account,
Do not start the character creator and try to install g6 essential morph & skin nochmasl.
  If it does not work again, then contact the support.
They can certainly help you

                      thanks for responding , i think there is a problem with my installation i uninstalled and installed it again and everything is working fine now, thank you.
