Why are there two envelope icons onthe motion clips? Whenever I implement an envelope only one of the icons changes? Can someone explain this?
Sorry if this is a stupid question.

The first one is the the "transition curve", and the second is the "time warp". I'm not sure that "transition curve" has any effect on a clip, and don't have time to figure it out right now, as I'm about to head out of town for a few days. The "time warp" does what you would expect the transition curve to do on a clip.
