After update Character Creator Version 1.52.2204.1 ---------> CC make better
But I do not see this tool on my Character Creator ---------> Move - Rotate - Resize ( This important tool , because cloth have deferent behavior )
Manual tool for editor is important " Move - Rotate - Resize "
