After updating RL downloader update Iclone stop working and gave a "vcomp120.dll not found" error. Registry had it in the right place and it was not corrupt.
Couldn't find anything on this forum but Steam had a fix for similar. Re-installed C++ runtime 2013 (not 2015) and iclone loaded OK. Putting this up here just incase anyone else has similar problem.
