I bought the professional outfits extension for CC some time ago (it's excellent!) - but I can't seem to find the hats, like the air hostess hat or the construction worker hat. I tried downloading and re-installing but no luck. Are these part of the pack? Any advice would be great! Thanks.

you would have to have bought the http://www.reallusion.com/contentstore/iClone/pack/Career_Gears/default.aspx for the hat, I thin. unless you bought the Occupation bundle.
I didn't buy it in the end myself, due to a lot of the items being sold separate. If you did buy the bundle, I don't know were they are. Sorry :)
