Just recently bought the whole Iclone package and extras after the trial version. In the trial I imported .skp files from sketchup and all seemed well. So spent over 200 hours building my stuff in sketchup ready for the Iclone download. Now since purchase not one sketchup file will load it just crashes 3d Exchange, that's before I can even export it to Iclone. So what is wrong worked all in the trial version but after spending 100's in money and hours when all purchased it crashes. Anyone help
