iClone Watermarks

Hey Folks,
Back in late June, early July I purchased content: Explosion 03, Hong Kong, Kung Fu motion for martial art, New York City, Urban Construction Pack and Super VFX 200.  Very recently I upgraded to the most recent versions of my iClone, Character Creator and 3dXchange.  Now when I try using the content from any of these except VFX 200,  I get iClone watermarks all over my workspace along with a message about these props being trial versions and that I should upgrade to licensed versions.  Has anyone else experienced this issue.

Thanks for reporting the issue, our customer service department has also received the support ticket you've submitted today and now is being under process, and you should be hearing from them very soon.
