Last year I did a Pinhead's dog Boo running-off & Pinhead looking for him on Halloween "Fun" Clip. Others joined-in with a similar theme, including the Forum's Master iCloners.
This year, I'm doing a Pinhead meets Dracula Clip. Anyone going to join-in?
Do what you like, as long as it includes Pinhead (Different Pinhead Characters can be downloaded from his Website; http://www.pinheadadventure.com/page7.html) & is Halloween-based.
iClone Beginners especially welcome. Help given by other Pinheaders in the Thread.
Fun Clips only. Not an official Pinhead Committee Community Project Competition.. .

Bumping this up & to say that as you can see from pic, that there's weird stuff going on with th Sketchup Model & Physics Toolbox, that's taking a lot of time to figure-out.

I can't figure it out. All Sketchup Model Faces have been converted to Sub Props for Animation/Editing. However some Faces include parts of Model that won't be Animated/Edited,. EG; Wheels Back Faces include parts of carriage. Likewise, one of the Horse harness.:ermm:
So - Tough luck. You'll have to put up with my usual cat, dog, bull, lobster Production.:D

Hi Colour,
The picture looks great. :) Sorry to hear you're struggling with technical issues. I've used Sketchup models from time-to-time, but I have a very low opinion of them as they often have problems with overlapping faces and other bad modeling techniques built into them.
I haven't given up on participating in your Halloween project, but the odds are 50-50 at best.
Thanks for posting the picture. I really like the appearance of it.

Is this the only place we're "posting" Halloween clips? I have a short, silly thing (2D of course, minimal plot, pretty simplistic animation) that I actually started about a year ago but never finished due to several deaths in the family. I finished it up rather quickly and want to share it with the rest of the Pinhead community. I didn't see anything posted on PinheadAdventure.com, so I'm assuming this is it? Thanks.

You use a normal link (not an "embed" link) and past that URL into the "Insert Video" button that looks like a little film strip, to the right of the Format and Insert buttons.

As I mentioned before, her URL was an "embed" link, and they don't work here:

On this form, you want to use a "normal" URL link, like this:

In past Pinhead clips, I almost always designed/created/animated all of my own characters, scenery and props. Occasionally, I would use pre-made stuff for some background characters or props, but not to any great extent. This time, I did "cheat" a lot more - in part because it was not an "official" project, and also because I didn't have the time to devote to it due to other things going on. The characters I "borrowed" were the vampire, ghost and the werewolf. The mummy, skeleton and Frankenstein's monster were clip-art that I found online and I cut into layers so that I could animate them. I did actually create an animated jack-o-lantern, black cat and zombie, but I forgot to put them in at the point of final render!! :blush:

I just watched your clip and I enjoyed it very much. Great atmosphere, animation and story. But my favorite parts were the skeleton's tuft of hair and yellow P belt buckle - very clever!!

This evening is here in the street Halloween for the children. The parents are now very busy with the spiderwebs, pumpkins etc.
All the children have a scary lantern.

I, for one, would never stoop to reusing old props and sets that I created years ago never!!! SHOCKED I TELLS YOU!!! Speaking for the entire staff here at smallWstudio I can say, with assurance, that we would NEVER use old props and sets EVER!!!!

Top-notch visual quality, as usual. Wonderful vocal performances, both singing and Pinhead's voice. Nice modifications to the lyrics, too. I also enjoyed the little things you slipped in, such as the string holding Dracula's bat.
