How can I attach a prop to a character in CTA2? Say like a cell phone or a stick, so that when they walk or run the prop stays lined up with the hand it is in and does not float around as when using key frames!

Hi Ramuse,
1. Click and drag to select the character and prop. 2. Click the link button near the eyeball ( Top left side of the screen on the bar )
have a good week coolhewitt23

Does not work in stage mode! I found a white paper on it and it works in the character editor only

Greetings Ramuse1970,
I did a quick tutorial on connecting props in CTA2. I made the mistake of not selecting the entire screen to record, and as a result the tool bar did not show in the video. So I took a quick screen shot of tool bar and placed it on top of the video so you can see the icons needed to attach the props. Hope it helps!
Take Care Janell

"Attach" is used in Character Composer and "Link" is used on the stage. When you add and attach a prop to a character in Character Composer it becomes part of the characters layers and can be positioned between any of the body parts. When you Link a prop to a character on the Stage the prop is either in font of or behind the character (and all the characters body parts). Even though a character is composed of multiple layers of body parts and attached props, on the stage it is a single layer.
