Do you have the CC Essentials Bundle installed? This is required to enable custom input maps.

If 1024 x 1024 is working fine, then it is likely that your graphics card can't handle the higher resolution which needs a powerful graphics card.

If you think this is not the case, please send your dxdiag.txt to us at Technical Support and we will check for compatibility. Thanks.

This error would indicate that the installation of iClone 6 has not correctly updated your system registry. Again please contact us at Technical Support and supply your dxdiag.txt (instructions are on the Support Form). We will then be able to check for any problems and advise you further on correcting the registry issue.

yes I install Essentials (2gig size) but hide custem Texture maps for me

Your total system memory is 4GB, part of which will be shared with the graphics card. These specification will not be sufficient to run iClone 6 comfortably.
