I don't have enough for duo edition:
1. sensor Neuron Alum Edition (64 sensor??? for duo?).
2. iClone mocap plug-in for perception neuron.
How much is this bundle?

Just bought the Duo but it says that we must uninstall the previous version (beta) . Can you explain the procedure to do it because
there's lot of mocap file . I've no "uninstall" feature.

as usual RL information flow is a pain in the a**. You may ask some marketings pros in the furure before getting it done by a trainee.

If that's the offer for your loyal customers, I will tell you what it really is. A a slap in the face.
Your only hope can be to find new customers who are stupid enough to buy your products in the future, because I will not.

Right, it actually does not, but it works.

I paid for an unstable version of iclone 6, an unstable version of dx, a not working motion capture plug in for kinect and hoped for the update wich doesn't work neither....all this for being punished and robbed out for another way too expensive piece of software ??? No way!

iClone 6 and the Mocap Device Plugin are very stable when used with the correct hardware. If you are having problems I urge you to contact us at Technical Support and let us have your DxDiag.txt. There may be some fairly simple reason why you are having so many problems when most are not.

Like Peter says, support is available, and there are also members who are willing to help. I have chosen iClone over DAZ, not because I like to suffer, but because iClone is more suitable than DAZ for the things I want to achieve.

Honestly? There is no compare. DAZ is awesome for still renders but iClone is the best for animation. I can't wait until I get my Neuron Hardware! :-) I use both, DAZ and iClone, depending on what I want to do. Both are great and as I said... There is no compare, it's like comparing apples with bananas...

The duo plugin from iClone is $299 (http://mocap.reallusion.com/iClone-neuron-mocap/); the 32 neuron system list price is $1499. Together that's $1800. The promo price for iclone + mocap + 32 neuron is $1,990.00, which is more expensive than the list price if I already have iClone.

I bought the PlugIn (solo) and in Addition I bought also 3DXchange PRO. With the purchase I got a Coupon code. After Purchasing the Mocap Suite at the Noiton shop, at the end there is the Option to use the coupon. It saved me 20%.
32 Neuron Alum Edition costed 1,274.20$ including shipping (75$ for Germany).

when and how does the discount get applied under this promo that lasts til end of Sept??

I'm trying to explain.
- If you buy the plugin SOLO you will get a coupon from Reallusion wich gives 20% off of one Noitom kit (18 OR 32 neurons) when you buy on the NOITOM store. At the end of the purchase procedure you input your coupon.
-If you buy the plugin DUO you will get a coupon from Reallusion wich give 20% off of 2 Noitom kit (18 OR 32 neurons), you will input your coupon with the same procedure.
Reallusion doesn't sell any NOITOM hardware.
You get the coupon with the Reallusion confirmation puchase mail.

By the way the coupon rabait give the same price as the Noitom academic price ;-)

The confusion may be that even though you get iClone with the Duo plugin, you get only one 32-sensor suit.

EDIT: Actually, these are bundle prices, so the savings are based on the full list price of the RL products and what you pay for that part of the bundle includes a greater than 20% savings. So that can be confusing. The savings for the suit will still be 20%.

@ animagic, in RL store, we only sell software (plug-in + IC package), the "hardware + software bundle" we listed on the page, you may need to go Noitom website for the purchase, Noitom has completed listing with a few different selections with bundle packages, including the 2 x hardware + IC + plug-in bundle, but keep in mind that this is not valid for 20% coupon offer.

AXIS Neuron PRO boasts ""contact point editing"" - which the 'free version' does not...

Not sure what ""contact point editing"" in fact entails...
- Has anyone had anybody had any experience with this ??
- I am keen to be able to 'edit fingers' - one of the most difficult aspects to capture from
- YouTube demos i have viewed...- as in fingers touching - in one case
- and - if possible - capturing the motions associated with ""handwriting"" ??
Is this within the scope of this product??

One day I'll get to use the plugin. I ordered the DUO plugin. PayPal was having problems and I got charged twice. The second charge was refunded. I finally ordered the Neuron Alum. The Neuron ordering system would not take my delivery instructions. Got that straighten out after a few days. Then my package was held at DHL. I had to call DHL and they gave me website to pay the customs charge. I don't why the link was not on the tracking website. Another day delay. I just got the hardware and found Reallusion has cancelled both my plugin serial numbers. Since I still paid for one, only the duplicate order should have been disabled. I put in a service request. Hopefully I won't have to wait another 48 to use the Neuron.
