Question about "Align Features to Remove Sliding"

Hi all,
I wonder is any way to tell if a motion clip has been applied any Align features? And how to remove it?
FYI, my question is related to this iClone 6 online help page.

The reason I am asking this, is that I need to modify/fix other people/students' animation. It's better to figure out what they have done and provide the better solution.
