This video is fully created in Reallusion iClone 4. Look at the main character jump just like the one trinity does when she kicks the cop in the beginning of the movie 'Matrix'. What's new it is not the jump of course but the camera movement.
iClone 4 new features highlighted in this video are:
-Motion Path for camera bullet-time effect like Matrix
-IBL and HDR effects for lighting and atmosphere
