Hey Guys! I am currently working on a Walking Dead inspired zombie pack for iClone Character Creator. The pack will contain morph sliders, decals, textures and accessories and all of the morphs will work together seamlessly. I am considering selling the sliders separately and as a bundle... not too sure yet.
There will be a full set of head and body sliders including basic zombie features as well as damage sliders (exposed bone, braiiiins, internal organs, damaged / missing eyes, slightly detached jawbones, damaged limbs....).
The accessories will work PERFECTLY with the morph sliders and decals! What do you call a Zombie with a spade in his head? .... Doug! :-D
I am creating everything in Zbrush (I have a list of layers as long as your detached arm) and 3D Coat.
Here is a very quick sneak peak.

This looks really, really nice. The additional sliders that you want to create sound very interesting, I'm really curious now:). Keep up the good work and I'm looking forward to see more of your creations!

Thank you TokoMotion! That means a lot coming from you. :-)
This is only the beginning and I am genuinely excited to be working on this set. I want to make it easy for every CC user to make unlimited, uniquely disgusting zombies.

Could perhaps use something like this, but don't forget asymetricalness -- never seen a zombie anywhere that had symmetrical damage to their face (indeed, one of the defining aspects of beauty is how symmetrical the features of a face are: the more symmetrical it is, the more beautiful. Thus, by extension, the less symmetrical the uglier something is).
You should at least build in the ability to do almost nothing to one side and really wreck the other (the classic "oh, there's just a normal... OH MY GOD WHAT THE HELL...!!???" seen all the time in movies and television).

Asymmetry will be a big part of this pack when it comes to damage. These will be part morph based and part decal based but you will certainly have the ability to destroy one side whilst keeping the other intact.
You are spot on kelleytoons and I love the description. :-)
I will post a few more examples soon.

Hello people! Here is another quick WIP of one of the zombie damage decal / morph sliders. I improved the texture as I felt it was a bit lacking...

I am just editing the audio as some random VR talk must have been open in another tab when I captured this... I only just realized.

Nice texture improvements:)! I already liked the first one, but this is much better. Have you also tried to work with Opacity, yet? I think some holes in that burned area would add an interesting effect, e.g. seeing the teeth and inner mouth a bit:)! Great work so far!!!

One of my other side damage sliders is a little toothier. I will definitely give transparent textures a go too though. I haven't experimented with the masking texture slot yet so it could have interesting results.
Glad you like it though. Thank you for the encouraging words. :-)

Hey all!
Apologies for the lack of updates. I am so busy at work at the mo. Loads of web design / graphic design and Augmented Reality projects... Can't complain though. Busy is good. :-)
I have been working on a load of news sliders and decals for this pack. I will post a few pics / videos this evening and you may even get to see my face / hear my voice.
Lucky you..... ;-)

Hi Scott,
I am glad you like it. I will finish the first set pretty soon but have a lot of very urgent work on at the mo so had to put this on the back burner.

Marc Wakefield in VR on Sketchfab. This is a WIP version of me. Head scan made with Agisoft Photoscan. Detailed and cleaned up in Zbrush, CC mesh fitted to scan in Wrap3, normal map and colour baked in 3D Coat with some further texture normal map painting (hand painting individual hairs) and tweaking. It is very nearly there. This is pretty close to what I actually look like. I am working on the hair and beard models which will be attached in Blender then imported via Character Creator.

Are you going to sell your morphs in the Marketplace? I'm definitely interested.

I definitely am going to release them. I am hoping to get the first set out this weekend. It's been difficult as I have been so busy with work and family. As I run my own business I often have to work evenings and weekends on a wide variety of web / 3d / app projects to get the work done and beans rollin' in. I was also not sure there was much interest in these sliders as there hasn't been that many people commenting on this thread.

I do wonder how big the market is. There is a lot of content but few reviews, I am trying to add one to everything I buy but anyhow.

Just wanted to check in on this project. I am working on a Short which you guessed is a Zombie short. I am working with Daz 3D currently to create my Zombies. Would love to include your product. How close are you to release?

I am working on a zombie game right now and am having issues with making zombies and using the skin textures from Character creator in substance and I think it would be so much easier with your morph sliders! When do you think you will be done with it? I will buy this from you As soon as you have it done, as this could be critical for my game. Please email me back at mykensminger@gmail.com with any additional information about your morph sliders and how you would like to sell them

I know I am poking at an old thread here but did this get completed? And if so is it still available?
