To put it this way. You're on the wrong track when you talk about "bad customer service". This forum is a user forum and not a service site of RL- If you have specific questions or complaints then you have to contact "Customer Service".

The person never even came back to look if his question was answered, so no loss there. And like Postfrosch said, this is a user forum. We are all volunteers, who share our knowledge. Starting in an accusatory tone will not help you getting a response.
