Basic idle animation required

Hello everyone.
I require a very simple animation for an avatar while talking in front of a white board. Body movement needs to be kept to a minimum in a similar way that real educators stand still for quite some time and only move to add emphasis.
So minimum movement in torso, arms and legs. I can use Chuck or Mason as the avatar.
I just do not know how to do this so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Direx. That was a good start. I only needed to rotate the character around to face the front for it to work.

Can I ask how you are going to rotate the character. I have the front and side views of my Character that I need to turn for the 3/4 view. Is there a quick way of doing this or do I have to use my limited drawing skills?

Are you using iClone? iClone characters are 3D and can be fully rotated in any direction.
