IE7 error upon attempting to close Browser

While performing initial tests for using crazytalk4 on web pages, the presentation works fine, but the following error always occurs after attempting to close the web page.

IEXPLORER.EXE = Application Error

The instruction at "0x6c1b5115" referenced memory at "0x000000004". The memory could not be "read".

Any idea if version 5 will fix this?

I have not encountered any problems with Crazytalk 5 web pages and IE7 at all. Browser closes without problems for me.

Those kind of error messages can often be down to memory/hardware problems rather than software faults and tend to be machine specific rather than happening to everyone. Anyone else getting this error message with IE7?

It's possible this may have been specific to my machine as it is not doing it today. Perhaps some other program I had running was competeing for that same memory spot, or I might have had so many programs running that the error was simply a side effect.

Running several apps at once certainly could have contributed to the memory error. Either way I'm glad everything is working now. :)
