Program crashes after I add face anchor points

Every time I create a new actor and when I add face anchor points and click next..the program freezes and crashes..I must close the program and re start..but I can only make it to that one point....what's the deal...I believe my computer mets minimum requirements

What are your computer specs (including graphics card) and are you referring to face fitting using CrazyTalk 8 Pipeline?

Duo core E8400 @300 GHz, windows 7 sp1, 8 GB of ram (7.84 useable), 64 bit OS, these are my computer specs, still after I do the face anchor points in  create new actor then click "next" ...the programs says "Program stop working" over and and in the same spot

You didn't mention your graphics card. It should be a newer NVidia or AMD card as specified here: http://www.reallusion.com/iclone/iclone_requirements.aspx. You also need to be able to run under DX11.

I don't think it's a hardware issue  because the program works for 5 min, importing actor,cropping, adding anchor points etc,,it's after I put in the anchor point I get the pop up saying the program/windows 7 has stopped working, and the program closes, after I did some google searches , everything points to a setting issue , and I tried running the program in other capability modes, the same thing happens. HELP
