Just in case you need this as a helpful tip. I ran across this some time ago, so if it solves a frustration on the user part, then it has done it's job.
RL recently sent an email that contains this as one of the Freebies offered by 3d Universe. Perhaps the current model has this fixed, but then again, it may not have.
There are two bones missing in order to convert it for use inside iClone. This video Quick Tip gives the simple steps to do this.
