Hi Daniel,

Not sure what you mean by flipping the animation?

and how can I copy and paste the motion key. I am made a loop animation, any good tutorial for that part?

You can copy and paste individual keys by using CTRL+C and CTRL+V.

And you can use "collect clip" from the timeline to collect full motions.

Check out SmallWStudio & WarLord720 & Reallusion channels on YouTube for great tutorials on using iClone.

Peace,
Bud

hey, thank for tip about copy and paste!

mirror \flip the animation, what do it mean?

example, you motion a wave animation with left hand... become wave animation with right hand instead.

You *can* copy hand motions from one hand to the other -- if you go into the timeline and expand it for hands you'll see a right and a left.  You can then delete whatever hand you don't want and/or copy it over to the other side.

But that's not true of any other body part -- you can't do arms or shoulders, for example, nor legs (it's really too bad they don't allow this).  So you'd have to use some other tools that can do this (outside of iClone).

Awwww. Thanks.

Look like I have to switch between 3D Max and Iclone.. So much for animation tool... But hey Kinect mocap is useful! Heh

I like that good idea. Do both at same time and save it...
Mask key for left or right. Bingo

Hard work but will work.

yup this iclone is a huge waste of money. blender can do the same work with a bit of extra work.
it doesnt have a flip feature
WTH reallusion!

I think I understand what your asking. currently, there is no way to flip, or mirror a motion in iclone. you can reverse a motion. but not flip or mirror. the easiest way I found to do what you want to do is manually. have 2 characters in the environment. have one do the motion you choose. and manually create the motion you desire. I know it's a painful thing. but it will over time, improve your motion making skills. BigGrin

Yeah +1 for iclone getting a mirror tool,  maybe that will be a part of the graph editor. It should be. I don't even attempt custom walk cycles for want of this feature.
