Hi,
We are looking at buying the Crazy Talk Animator 2 Pipeline version and I would love for someone to provide some answers to my questions to ensure this is the right product I am after.

Does the software come with multiple animation actions, characters and voices to choose from?
How good is the support when you have issues or problems?
Are there any training workshops available?

CHARACTERS
CTA 2 comes with four (4) new G2 RS vector characters (Emma, Saul, Walter, Sandra), two (2) G2 RS image characters (Ted, Onion), a Reference character, and two (2) G2 characters (Cherry, Eddie) from CTA 1 converted to G2.
You can of course buy more from the RL marketplace or create your own (Pro & Pipeline versions).

MOTION
There are some motions provided and you can buy more from the RL store specifically for CTA or use most any iClone (currently not IC6) motions.

SUPPORT
There is a ticket system for technical support but program support is mostly via the forum here.
There are many here who help out with issues and questions presented in the forum including RL personnel.

TRAINING
There are many tutorial videos on YouTube and some here even offer their services for one-on-one training.

Depending upon what you are attempting to do would define whether CTA2 is right for you.
Maybe if you describe what you are looking for or trying to do we could provide better answers.

Yes, the "high school" of CTA2: how to rig a custom character correctly in CTA2 (with and without the help of the Flash whitepaper).

There are just a few people who are able do this in a professional way and I always have to wait a very long time until someone can help me out although I am a paying customer.
