Hello all
I wanted to
like
this video
but using
"
Blender
" instead of
"
Sculptris
"
.
Before making
a long work
, I wanted to
start with a very
simple manipulation
.
1) I saved the basic avatar belonging to "CC" software.
2) I loaded this avatar in the software "3DXchange 6"
3) I used the "mesh export" and save under the name "test.obj"
4) I imported the "test.obj" file in the "Blender" software. I have not touched anything at all and I exported the avatar as it is in a file called "test-modified.obj".
5) I returned to "3DXchange 6" then I loaded the file "" test-modified.obj "using the" mesh replace ".
The result in pictures :
Before
After :
Where is
the problem
in your opinion ?
Thank you

I also tried
with
"
Sculptris
"
(it's
free) and
"
3DXchange
6"
always shows
me an error
when
I want to
replace the "
mesh"
of origin by
one
changed.
Is
the video
would be a
joke ?

In Sculptris, make sure you have both the "mirror" button off, and the "detail" slider at zero.

Thx . I found the
"
detail"
option
but not "
mirror"
.
Where is he ?
Sorry
I started
with this software.

However
, I managed
to zero
by setting
the
"detail"
option.
So
thank you

Keep vertex order should be checked on import and export.
It's mentioned in this post:

I have a problem. I'm trying to edit mesh in 3dCoat via 3dxchange but i'm getting this weird error.
What went wrong? Which export style should i use with 3dCoat ?
