Trying to download new content to my new laptop but content wont copy

I read somewhere that if you have already downloaded content, then you cant re download it again?

I bought a new laptop, is there any way to get content from one computer to the laptop perhaps?

I am downloading a lot of free stuff and i dont know if I cant get it again because I downloaded it before to my other computer?

Is there any download record to re download stuff?

Go to your "MY ACCOUNT" page and from there go to "Order History". You can re-download anything you have purchased from there. Click on the RL in the upper left hand corner at the top of this page to get to where you can click on "My Account" from the top of the main Reallusion website.

p.s. There is also another way if you want to copy all of the files from one pc to another. Go to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Reallusion and copy the whole Reallusion folder over to the new pc in the correct place. The correct place would be the same place as the you got it from but on the other pc.Wink

Hi Danny,

I'm not sure where you heard this but it is completely wrong. Unlike many companies we allow you to download your programs and content again at any time.

You can download Content Store purchases from your Member Account "Order History" or Marketplace purchases from your Marketplace Inventory.
