How to silence dicho character built-in sounds?

The dicho cartoon characters are cute, but when animated they have a built-in squeak, all the same for each character, that I would like to silence so that the sound does not play with the animation. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Its not a Dicho issue but a Jimmy Toon character issue upon which most of Dicho's characters are based.  Click on the character and see if theres a soundtrack selection in the modification panel.  You should be able to mute it there (though I haven't tried to do this in 6).  Heres a thread about the issue from way back when...https://forum.reallusion.com/162759/Footsteps

Jimmy Toons sounds come from the persona, you can add a different persona to him so I assume to Dicho too.

Thank you for your help on the Dicho sound issue. I didn't see a "sound" selection on the perform menu, but I did change to a different persona. Shortly afterward I found the sound files under templates and deleted them. I wish I had tested first to see which action worked, but I didn't. PS The link you offered for resolution did not work. At any rate the little ol' dicho cuties are functioning now without that intrusive squeak. Yay! Thanks again.
