Hi there.
I bought iClone 3 earlier and dismissed it in favour of Poser. How Reallusion showed me the error of my ways..... I love this iClone 6 version - finally I get to produce things I always wanted to.
Only thing I've yet to figure out is the Clone Cloth system, for instance can I just edit G3 Clone Cloth for Essential Human 2 in PS or do I need other software?
Just found this 'Creating Custom Fabrics' on youtube after a long search so I'm getting close....
Already spent the last two days at the computer... my eyes are bleeding :)

Hi Palmamultimedia,

Welcome to the forum.  I'm glad you like iclone.  I had fun with version 5 but unfortunately haven't yet used iclone6 too much yet.  With iclone5 there was a place in the Preferences dialogue where you could specify which paint software to launch when using Clone Cloth.  Not having Photoshop, I used Painter Essentials which worked just as well.

In Iclone6 you will find a place in Preferences to select a Texture Editor.  Changes to preferences need a re-launch to take effect.

Hi Grimhilda
Thanks for the response,  I'm slowly sorting it all out.... yes there is a place in the preferences to add Photoshop [in my case] still trying to find the correct options to 'blank out' parts of the base clothing, I've got the patterns sussed... onwards and upwards.

I'm doing a project involving Lumion and iClone so it should be an interesting start to my 'iClone initiation'
