Can you change the roundness of the eyes? The tilt of the eyes? The distance between the eyes?

I however, do have serious issues with people who consider legit complaints.. whining. other than that..

Character Creator Basic is FREE to all iClone 6 Pro users and will be available next week barring any last minute problems.
Character Creator Pipeline is in development but won't be available for a little while. This version adds extra support for 3rd party avatars and allows users to create new content plus adds additional import and export options. More information about Character Creator Pipeline will be coming soon.

hmmm. My concern that Iclone Por users will not get the Pro version of this plugin. I have honestly paid for enough this year. SD, IC6Pro, Xchange pipeline 5 and 6, Indigo, AVatar, Toon maker 1&2 as well as toon town. Please give us Pro users the Pro version of this awesome Tool, when it's available.
iClone 6 Pro users get the Character Creator Basic FREE. iClone 6 Standard users do not get this sadly.
The Character Creator Pipeline edition (there is no Pro version of CC) is coming later and this is a completely standalone program that doesn't even need iClone to operate. This version will require separate purchase.

I've asked the same question before and got an answer from Peter that its not.
I also requested the false advert in 3dx 6 features to be removed because some people like me bought it for CC pipeline which is not included in 3dx 6 pipeline.

I second that. I only bought 3dx6 because it said we were getting the advanced features for free. I'm not asking for my money back, but it SHOULD be corrected so no one else makes that mistake.

well.. hopefully, the content developers who make amazing stuff.. will somehow provide a G6 with Spring.. so we can save the file to add
to another G6. just in case RL does not provide such a needed thing.. I currently do not have 3D exchange 6. I'm waiting.. money is in short supply at the moment. and I figured when it comes time to have enough money to spring.. so I can have some spring in my girls. all the up grade patches should be finished. ( I doubt it). so I can get to serious use of IC6.

Since I thought it would be here in August, I never dreamed I would wait so long. So since August 31 is STILL August I was resigned to see it at the last moment after August 17. Now I hear the word September.
But now that all the 6 year olds are waiting for Santa and the 9 years olds are bug-eyed and bouncing "Gimme, Gimme Gimme" and there must be a 13 year old with spring boobs on his mind ...

When I see all the work done by the team of "Reallusion" I think that it is worthwhile to spend my money and give them my trust. Of course, everything is not perfect (normal since man is not) and time may seem long to wait for our "new toys" and problems are solved, but what fun once we have hand such tools. I feel that our patience will soon be rewarded a hundredfold in :).

Show a little respect to Reallusion.
If they discovered a issue that imply a slight delay in the release, then it is, on the contrary, very professional to delay the release.
I doubt they delay it by pleasure.
Or else you will complain having the issue they are fixing as soon as they release it, so.. Better wait a little more.

To be fair we have never made an official announcement that it would release of the 31st August. This is because dates can change during development.
It was only a mention in the recent webinar that the 31st was the proposed date. Of course regardless of this we are very sorry for any disappointment caused.

As disappointing as this announcement is to all of us, it's actually a pretty good thing that they've come forward and announced it and delayed the product rather than rushing something out that may have caused significant problems. I know we're all antsy and we all want this thing (I've delayed all work on projects for four months now waiting for the new characters, myself), but it's better that they get it right the first time and it's stable and working out the door.
So THANK YOU to Peter and the rest for updating us and hopefully we get something great later this week.

Ok, that is true. I just have another viewpoint in communication, I guess. Probably it even has something to do with crosscultural communication ... I dunno.
It´s not really beneficial to mention any date, before something is not really ready to go. If it´s labeled official, or unofficial doesn´t really matter actually. It´s part of RL communication. Besides a delay always has a negative connotation.
I have to admit that my initial post was also written in a negative tone. Sorry about that! Don´t take it personal, it´s all good ...
but get ready for the next decided opinions from my side. ;)

I respectfully disagree about the lack of professionalism.
We, as a community, beg and beg for release dates. Then we beat them up if something slips. Then next time, we wonder why they are reluctant to give us **estimated** release dates.
I'd rather wait a week (or two) and receive a better product. What would be the reaction if they released it with significant flaws that we discover on day one? We'd be up in arms, saying they should have taken more time to test and fix.
Remember, not long ago the **planned** date was "THIRD QUARTER" which could be all the way to the END OF SEPTEMBER. So even if they release two weeks from now, they're still within their 3rd quarter estimate.

I agree with his words.. and it does make sense in some sort of weird way. Better to have things crash on RL computers, and screw them up.. than mine. they can afford to replace computers.. I can't. well so be it.. emotions give in to thoughtful reason. and reason always wins. and so I will wait.. and wait.. and wait.. and wait.. cause I hear it's supposed to be something worth waiting for.. sorry mob.. i'll join you next time.. Noticed the new Character Creator Forum has been deleted. Is that a good sign, bad sign or no sign at all (meaning don't read into it) for the upcoming release of Character Creator in iClone 6? :ermm:
Because of lack of response to this, it can quickly become an unbearable suspense ^^

I wouldn't read too much into it.
Admittedly I'm surprised they actually deleted it. (Or "hid" it from view, like they do the beta-testing areas.) I would have expected them to simply "lock" it to make sure we don't pollute the site before it even launched.
But, nah, I don't think it's and cause for alarm.

The new Character Creator forum has not been removed it is just hidden while we add some additional threads and important information. ;)

*lurks* at all the quiet activity of names with 'RL' in them :)
I am more curious then anything and wanting to see all the new phoneme stuff etc so i can play with it. I also want to see how far this new CC can be pushed ^^
(well off to bed but I might check in if i can't sleep or something since i am 'old' and like am lucky if i can get 5 hours sleep as a result ^^)

hmmm. My concern that Iclone Por users will not get the Pro version of this plugin. I have honestly paid for enough this year. SD, IC6Pro, Xchange pipeline 5 and 6, Indigo, AVatar, Toon maker 1&2 as well as toon town. Please give us Pro users the Pro version of this awesome Tool, when it's available.iClone 6 Pro users get the Character Creator Basic FREE. iClone 6 Standard users do not get this sadly. The Character Creator Pipeline edition (there is no Pro version of CC) is coming later and this is a completely standalone program that doesn't even need iClone to operate. This version will require separate purchase.

So what you are telling me is that the purchase I made of Xchange pipeline 6 was utterly pointless? Will there be any kind of Discount for those who purchased Xchange Pipeline? You cant tell me that Pipeline was primarily designed for import of static non character models. What about the Zbrush GOZ Plugin? I thought this was going to be apart of the IC Pro 6 package ? What good are these packages now that you must have the Character Creator if you want to make characters? How much is the CC Pro going to cost? several hundred dollars??

Everything Mixamo could have been but more Substance customizations,:w00t: now all we need is physics for the layered cloth pipeline custom character and cloth base import, can't wait for 3dx character creator. Love the aging, dirt, tear and edge wear to give the clothes a worn look. I hope these are all animatible over time and what about custom hair?:ermm::w00t::w00t:

Just watched two more tutorial vids on CC and from what I've see the possibilities are pretty much endless:) Its like every frustrating thing I've ever dealt with when working with 3d has been given a '1 click' fix!.Reallusion has really opened up a whole new world in amateur 3d creation and at the same time made it simple enough to be fun instead of frustrating!.I feel like a crack head who just broke out of Rehab..............lol

Yes, Character Creator is a separate download either from the iClone product Bonus popup or 3DXchange Bonus popup.

Actually the 6.2 update and Character Creator has not officially been released yet. It seems that the downloads were placed in users accounts a little early.  The official announcement with the updated product pages and new CC forum will be along shortly.  Peter Edwards
