I had the problem to create weight map for beard i need to simulate the beard as hair
And uv for this beard
if i give weight map to beard its tearing the mesh some one help me in this i need to simulate the beard as hair

Cool looking beard! May I ask how you made it?
I think it will work much better with a simple UV. Try giving it just a flat projection UV for starters. Use the settings down at the bottom of the texture panel. Also if it's many separate meshes or individual polygons, it could fall apart. You can have multiple meshes, but each mesh must anchor to the face. You cannot have a physics mesh anchor to another physics mesh AFAIK.
Maybe you could post a quick clip of its behavior?

As a fellow beard owner - I too am interested - please keep us informed - that is something I would even buy in the Marketplace if it was good enough
