Dear Reallusion Customers,
As part of planned improvements to our backend systems, we will be performing maintenance on the Support ticketing system on Tuesday the 16th June 2015. This will unfortunately mean there will be a period of downtime and this will be between the hours of 10am to 2pm Taipei time. During these hours the Support Form will not be functioning, so please do not try to send a support request during this time. Thank you for your understanding.
