How and where can I stor a window setting, that I want to have as the default starup scene for iClone 6.
I did store on, but it does notshow up so.....
Any idea?

See the Window -> Workspace menu.
You should be able to "overwrite" one of the existing layouts, including the default layout, with one of your own design.
(I'd post a link or a picture, but I still don't have full Forum functionality at work. I'm lucky to be able to post at all.)

Check this tutorial from Warlord.
You can set all the panels to one side if you want, even though he doesn't do that in this tutorial. The timeline can only dock at the bottom. You cannot have floating, tabbed panels. A floating panel can only be by itself.
